Scott F. Handelman, Esq., was born in New York City. He attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and thereafter the University of California, Berkeley where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in December 1972. He thereafter attended Golden Gate University, School of Law (San Francisco), and has been practicing law in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1986.

Mr.  Handelman began his career as a research attorney for the Alameda County Superior Court.  He is a member of both the Alameda and Contra Costa County Bar Associations, and is a member of the Lawyers Referral Service for both counties.

Mr. Handelman and his associates and staff represent professionals as well as businesses in all areas. In all cases, the firm seeks a speedy, just and reasonable solution to your legal issues using, if appropriate, all the alternative methods of dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
