Thorsten L. Arteaga, Esq. is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and earning his B.A. degree in 1993. He received his Juris Doctor degree from John F. Kennedy University in 1999. Mr. Arteaga is a member of the California Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in all California courts and Federal Court, Nothern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. Mr. Arteaga is a member of the Contra Costa Bar Association, as well as its referral panel. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
